527 West Agarita was a residential rehab project in the historic Alta Vista neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas. The project featured extensive work to improve outside gathering spaces including a front porch and back alley garage/family gathering space. Retrofits included energy efficient appliances, significant insulation upgrades, new doors and windows to improve building perforations.
