Phase II of the 3050 Eisenhauer project saw the introduction of several new features. Low impact development approaches will be incorporated to minimize site disturbance and maximize green areas. The transition to engineered limestone walls will maintain the connection to low carbon earthen building approaches while introducing greater thermal mass, elimination of thermal bridges, and a more efficient construction process.
