200 South Beaton was an historic building rehab and infill redevelopment project. Built in 1915 for the First National Bank, the building was converted to 6 apartment units in the 1980's. Significant upgrades throughout the building brought this magnificent property back to productive use, and returned it to the community as a valuable historic asset.
